Appointment Booking Fee

This is a £10 nonrefundable booking fee that is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the booking fee is paid.
Booking fee must be paid within 24 hours of receipt of payment link. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being taken by another client.

If you cancel your appointment with 24-48 hours notice, you will be required to pay 50% of your appointment fee. If you cancel with 24 hours notice or less, the whole appointment fee will be required.
Outstanding cancellation fees must be settled before I rebook your appointment.
Upon cancelling your appointment, a payment link will be sent to you to enable you to pay the cancellation fee. Failure to pay outstanding cancellation fees will result in me not booking any further appointments for you
